Wages:

Cook/Cafeteria worker	$ 8.70/Hour (elementary)
Cook/Cafeteria worker	$9.00/Hour (Jr. & Sr. High)

Health & Welfare:

$614.44 for individuals in positions scheduled 37.5 hours or more per
week.

Pension:

7.75% of gross wages for individuals in positions scheduled
600 or more annual hours.

Vacation:

For 12-month employees in positions scheduled 40 hours per week, paid
in hourly equivalent days:

Start - 10 years	10 Days
11 + years	15 Days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
