Wages:

Cook: $9.70/Hr -- $15.13/hr

Health & Welfare:

$410.00/Month for individuals scheduled to work 40 or more hours per
week.

Pension:

11.66% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.

Vacation:

Employees scheduled 8 hours or more per day are eligible as follows
paid at hourly equivalent days:

After1 Year	5 Days
After 3 Years	10 Days
After 7 Years	15 Days
After 15+ Years	20 Days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
