JANITORIAL

Jurisdiction: ALEXANDER COUNTY
Wages: Custodian:  $12.05/hr  -   $20.87/hr
Health & Welfare: $520.00/Month for individuals scheduled 8 or more hours/day.
Pension: 17.72% of gross wages for individuals in positions scheduled 600 hours
annually.
Vacation: For those employed full in 12 month positions:
After 1 Year 10 Days
After 6 Years 15 Days
After 15 Years 20 Days
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
