JANITORIAL

Wages: CUSTODIANS:    $25,598.00   -   $27,077.00/ANNUALLY
Health & Welfare: $450.00/mo for employees in a position scheduled to work 1,560 or more
hours per year.
Pension: 10.84% ross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more  hours
annually.
Vacation: Must be scheduled to work a minimum of 6 hours/day to be eligible,
paid at hourly equivalent days:
Years 1 5 Days
Year 2 10 Days
Year 10 11 Days
Year 11 12 Days
Year 12 13 Days
Year 13 14 Days
Year 14 15 Days
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
