Health & Welfare:

For employees in positions scheduled 35 or more hours per week:

Employee/Spouse	$1,272.76/Month
Family	$1,837.05

Pension:

11.16% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.

Vacation:

Full and part time employees in 12 month positions receive the
following hourly equivalent paid vacation days:

1–5 Years	10 Days
6–10 Years	15 Days
11–15 Years	20 Days
16+ Years	25 Days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
