Wages: CUSTODIAN:   $17.16/hr  -   $25.50/hr
Health & Welfare: For employees scheduled to work 30 hours per week:
Employee only $335.31/Month
Family $861.03/Month
Pension: 12.71% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.
Vacation: For individuals in 12-month position, paid at hourly equivalent days.
1st year 1 week
2nd year 2 weeks
5th year 3 weeks
10th year 4 weeks
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
