Wages: Custodial:
Step 1, Pay Grade 6:  $14.74   - Step 2, Pay Grade 11:  $27.10
Health & Welfare: $545.72/Month for individuals in positions scheduled 20 or more hours
per week.
Pension: 12.94% 20/hrs per week.
Vacation: Individuals in positions scheduled 20 or more hours per week paid in
hourly equivalent days:
Start-5 Years 10 Days
6-20 Years 20 Days
21-30 Years 22 Days
31-35 Years 20 Days
36+ Years 24 Days
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
