Diet Aide: $ 6.78/Hour
Cafeteria Worker: $ 8.61/Hour
Dish Machine Operator: $10.08/Hour
Hostess/Host: $ 7.97/Hour
Health & Welfare: For employees in positions scheduled 24 –31hours per week
Employee: $207.50/Month
Employee + 1: $415.00/Month
Family $495.50/Month
For employees in positions scheduled 32 hours or more per week
Employee: $252.50/Month
Employee + 1: $504.00/Month
Family $629.50/Month
Pension: After first six months, 9% contribution of gross pay for individuals in positions scheduled 600 hours annually.
Vacation: Employees scheduled 40 hours per week receive:
1 – 5 Years 80 Hours 6 – 15 Years 120 Hours
16+ Years 160 Hours
Part-time employees scheduled between 24 and 39 hours, vacation is prorated based on 40-hour week.
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
