Vacation:                      Employees is positions scheduled 40 hours per week:

 

Completion of 6 months, 1 day for each full month of service up to 10 days.

Upon completion of 5 years of service, 15 days.

Upon completion of 9 years of service, 16 days.

Upon completion of 10 years of service, 17 days

Upon completion of 11 years of service, 18 days,

Upon completion of 12 years of service, 19 days,

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
