Jurisdiction:                   EDWARDS COUNTY

 

Wages:                         Director                                               $14.65/Hour

                                    Cook                                                   $12.15/Hour

 

Health & Welfare:            $375.00/Month for individuals in positions scheduled 7 hours or more per day.

 

Pension:                        9.48% for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours

                                    Annually.

 

Vacation:                      For individuals in positions scheduled 7 or more hours per day.

 

                                    After 1 year                                          5 Days

                                    After 2 years                                        10 Days

                                    After 10 years                                               15 Days

 

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
