Wages:                         COOK:           Start                             $  8.95/Hour

                                                            After 1st Year                        $  9.74/Hour

                                                            After 2nd Year                       $10.00/Hour

                                                            After 5th Year                        $10.79/Hour

                                                            After 8th Year                        $11.58/Hour

                                                            After 12th Year            $12.10/Hour

                                                            After 15th Year            $12.89/Hour

                                                                       

Health & Welfare:            $352.52/Month for individuals scheduled 30 or more hours per week.

                                                                       

Pension:                        7.75% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      For individuals in 12 month positions vacation shall be earned as follows and paid in hourly equivalent days:

                                   

            0-9 years                                     12 days

                                                10-14 years                            17 days

                                                15-18 years                            19 days

                                                19-22 years                            22 days

                                                23-26 years                            25 days

                                                27 + years                            27 days

 

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
