Health & Welfare:            For employees regularly working 90 hours per month.  For new employees, contributions are to begin on the first day of the month following the completion of 60 days service.

Pension:                        For employees regularly working 90 hours per month.  For new employees contributions are to begin on the first day of the month following the completion of 60 days of service.

Vacation:                      1 Weeks             1 year, but less than 2 years of service

                                    4 Weeks             15 or more years of service

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
