                                                After 5 years                $18.54/hour

                                    Cook:

Start                                    $12.37/hour           

                                                After 1 year                  $13.19/hour

                                                After 2 years                $14.02/hour

                                                After 3 years                $14.84/hour

                                                After 4 years                $15.67/hour

Health & Welfare:            To be eligible, employee must be scheduled 20 hours per week

 

                                    Full time employees                         $412.44/Month

Between 20 – 30 hours            Prorated based on hours worked divided by 40

 

Pension:                        9.98% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      Employees in 12 month positions; paid in hourly equivalent days:

 

                                    After 1 year                  10 Days

                                    After 10 years              15 Days

After 15 years            15 Days plus 1 additional day per year to a maximum of 20 days

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
