                                    7th Year:                $13.73/Hour   

                                    8th Year:                $14.39/Hour

 

Health & Welfare:            For individuals in positions scheduled 30 or more hours per week:

 

Employee only:                        $   474.44/Month

Employee/Spouse:                        $   767.09/Month

                                    Family:                         $1,154.20/Month

 

Pension:                        9.06% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      For individuals in positions scheduled 40 hours per week:

 

                                    1 day – 182 Days                     0 Days

                                    183 – 364 Days                       5 Days

                                    1 – 5 Years                              10 Days

                                    6 – 14 Years                            15 Days

                                    15+ Years                                20 Days

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
