Health & Welfare:            $438.50/Month for individuals scheduled 5 or more hours/day.

 

Pension:                        13.9% of gross wages for individuals in positions scheduled 600+

                                    hours annually.

Vacation:                      For those employed full and part time in 12 month positions:

                                   

                                    10 hourly equivalent days after 1 year of service

                                    12 hourly equivalent days after 5 years of service

                                    15 hourly equivalent days after 10 years of service

                                    17 hourly equivalent days after 15 years of service

                                    20 hourly equivalent days after 20 years of service

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
