Health & Welfare:            $364.00/month for individuals in positions scheduled 30 or more hours per week.  Contributions for individuals scheduled 15 or more, but less than 30, are prorated by the hours they work based on forty (40) hours.

 

Pension:                        9.74% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      Following vacation days are paid at hourly equivalent days:

 

                                    After 6 months   5 Days

Year 1                                    10 Days

                                    After 7 years                14 Days

                                    After 10 years                       15 Days

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
