                                    1^ST Year     $  7.45/Hour                    6^th Year     $  8.52/Hour

                                    2^nd Year     $  7.67/Hour                    7^th Year     $  8.93/Hour

                                    3^rd Year     $  7.89/Hour                    8^th Year     $  9.36/Hour

                                    4^th Year     $  7.99/Hour                    9^th Year     $  9.58/Hour

                                    5^th Year     $  8.09/Hour                    10^th Year            $12.58/Hour

 

                                    HEAD COOKS

Receive $0.79/hour above the base for their respective year as Cook.

 

Health & Welfare:            $577.23/Month for employees scheduled 26 or more hours per week.  Employees scheduled less than 26 hours shall receive a pro-rated benefit based on their percentage of employment.

 

Pension:                        9.90% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 hours or more annually.

 

Vacation:                      Paid vacations for employees scheduled 40 hours shall be provided according to the following schedule:

 

                                    1-2 years completed                   5 Days

                                    3-9 years completed                 10 Days

                                    10+ years completed                15 Days

 

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
