                        Cook                        $9.12/Hr                        $9.37/Hour

                        General Worker                        $8.82/Hr                        $9.07/Hour

 

Employees at or above these rates as of March 1, 2007 will receive an across the board increase of twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour

                                                                       

Health & Welfare: $329.00/Month for those who worked 80 hours during previous month.

 

Contributions shall be made for all new and reinstated employees beginning the first day of the month following ninety (90) days of employment and shall continue to be paid after that time for all employees who have worked at eighty (80) hours during the previous month.

                                   

Pension:                        Regular full-time and part-time employees who have worked or been paid for at least eighty (80) hours during the current month and who have completed

 

One (1) year of employment effective 3/1/06                        $0.82/Hour

 

Two (2) or more years effective 3/1/06                        $0.93/Hour

Vacation:          Employees who have been employed for a continuous period of one (1) year or more shall receive and paid at hourly equivalent days:

 

                        One (1) year 1 Week

                        Two (2) complete years 2 Weeks

                        Five (5) complete years 3 Weeks

                        Fifteen (15) complete years 4 Weeks

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
