Wages:                         Food Service Workers

           

Years 1 – 2                        $  9.21/Hour

Years 3 – 5                        $10.28/Hour

Years 6 – 8                        $11.25/Hour

Years 9 – 11                        $12.16/Hour

Years 12 – 14                        $13.18/Hour

Years 15+                        $15.16/Hour

                                                                       

Health & Welfare:            $395.00/Month for individuals in positions scheduled 20 hours per week.

                                                                       

Pension:                        9.17% of gross for employees scheduled to work 600 or more hours annually.

 

 

Vacation:                      Employees scheduled 8 hours per day earn per the following schedule:

 

                                                After   1st year 1 week

                                                After   2nd year             2 weeks

                                                After   8th year              3 weeks

                                                After 20th year              4 weeks                                  

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
