Jurisdiction:                   ROCK ISLAND COUNTY

 

Wages:                         HEAD COOK:            $9.65/Hour

                                    ASSISTANT:             $7.41/Hour

                                   

Health & Welfare:            $367.42/Month for individuals in positions scheduled 36 or more hours per week.

 

Pension:                        10.09% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually

 

Vacation:                      For individuals in positions scheduled 36 or more hours per week:

 

                                      1-10 years                10 days

                                    11 +   years                15 days

 

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
