HEAD COOK:            An additional $0.75/Hour of the appropriate year above.

 

Health & Welfare:            $267.34/Month for individuals scheduled to work 6.5 or more hours per day.

 

Pension:                        7.46% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      For individuals scheduled 5 days per week

1– 10 Years                        10 Days

                                    11-20 Years               15 Days

                                    21-30 Years               20 Days

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
