*Head cooks’ salaries are calculated by taking the hourly salary above for the number of years they were a cook and adding to that the appropriate hourly rate for the number of years they have been a head cook.

Employee + 1 $552.00/Month
Family $718.00/Month
Pension: 11.06 of gross for those individuals who are in a position scheduled 600 or more hours annually.
