Pension: 6.81% for individuals in positions scheduled 20 or more hours per week.
Vacation: For each employee in a position scheduled 40 hours per week:
0-2 Years 5 Days
3-5 Years 10 Days
6-8 Years 12 Days
9-11 Years 15 Days
12+ Years 20 Days
For those scheduled 20 or more hours, but less than 40 per week, the above vacation days are prorated based on hours worked.
