Health & Welfare:         For individuals in positions scheduled 37.5 or more hours per week

 

                                    Employee only:             $245.48/Month

                                    Employee + 1 dependent          $485.29/Month

                                    Family:                         $662.31/Month

 

Pension:                        None

 

Vacation:                      Only individuals in positions scheduled 37.5 hours per week are eligible for the following vacation:

*Includes hours actively at work, on paid vacation, on paid sick leave, or on paid holiday leave.  Total vacation hours calculated by this formula is divided by the number of hours regularly scheduled (i.e., 7.5 or 8) per day to convert to number of days.  Eligible days are paid at number of hours regularly scheduled per day.

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
