ASSISTANT COOK:

4th year             $8.34/hour                   9th year             $8.91/hour

5th year             $8.46/hour                   10th year           $9.02/hour

Health & Welfare:         $401.37/Month for individuals scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week.

 

Pension:                        8.67% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      For individuals in 12-month positions, paid at hourly equivalent days:

 

During the 1st year                    vacation shall be earned at a rate of

2 ½ days per quarter worked.

After 1st year                            2 weeks

After 10th year                          15 days

After 15th year                          20 days

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
