Assistant Cook:	$10.00/Hour

Health & Welfare:

$372.04/Month for individuals in positions scheduled 20+ hours per
week.

Pension:

9.27% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 17.5 or more
hours per week.

Vacation:

For individuals in positions scheduled 40 hours or more per week:

After 10 Years	15 Days
After 12 Years	16 Days
After 14 Years	17 Days
After 16 Years	18 Days
After 18 Years	19 Days
After 20 Years	20 Days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
