Jurisdiction: CARROLL COUNTY
Wages:
Head Cook $10.75/Hour
Assistant Cook $10.54/Hour
Cafeteria Workers $11.04/Hour
Health & Welfare: $526.88/month for individuals in positions scheduled 30 hours/week.
Pension: 9.59% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 hours or
more annually.
Vacation: For those individuals scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours/week
paid in hourly equivalent days:
[-Start - 2 Years           .42 days/month of service
3 - 9 Years                 10 days
10 - 19 Years               15 days
20+ Years                   20 days
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
