Wages:
HEAD COOK: $16.67/Hour
COOK: $11.82/Hour
P/T HELPER: $8.28/Hour*
*Part-time cook helper position is a three-hour or four-our per day
position.
Health & Welfare: For individuals in positions scheduled 32.5 hours per week:
Employee only $105.47/Month
Family $138.97/Month
Pension: 14.09% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.
Vacation: N/A
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
