Employees who are at or above these rates of pay will receive an
across-the-board increase of $0.25 per hour.

Health & Welfare: $471.00/Month for individuals who have been paid for at least 80 hours
during the current month and for all new and reinstated employees
beginning the first day of the month following 180 days of employment.
Pension: For all employees who have been paid for at least 80 hours during the
current month the following sums:
Completed 1 year but less than 2 years $1.35/Hour
Completed 2 years or more $1.40/Hour
Vacation: All employees shall receive the following:
Complete Year of Service 1 Week
2 Complete Years of Service 2 Weeks
7 Complete Years of Service 3 Weeks
15 Complete Years of Service 4 Weeks
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
