7 + years	$15.21/hour

DEPARTMENT HEAD:

1-6 years	$12.13/hour
7 + years	$13.60/hour

KITCHEN HELPER:

1-6 years	$11.51/hour
7 + years	$13.02/hour

Health & Welfare:

$482.38/Month for individuals in positions scheduled 20 or more hours
per week.

Pension:

13.67% of gross if scheduled hours are greater than 600 annually.

Vacation:

Individuals in positions scheduled 20 hours per week paid in hourly
equivalent days:

1 - 5 Years	10 Days
6 - 10 Years	15 Days
11 - 19 Years	18 Days
20+ Years	20 Days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
