Wages:
Cook $9.15/Hour
Head Cook $9.40/Hour
Health & Welfare: For individuals scheduled 30 hours per week:
Employee only $612.00/Month
Employee + 1 $1,407.00/Month
Employee/Spouse $1,422.00/Month
Family $1,540.00/Month
Pension: 12.94% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.
Vacation: Employees in full time, 40 hour per week positions shall receive
vacation as follows:
After 1 year 5 Days
After 2 years 10 Days
After 10 years 15 Days
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
