Cook: $10.03/Hour
Cafeteria Worker: $10.54/Hour
Dietary Aide: $ 8.53/Hour
Food Service Worker: $ 8.89/Hour
Food Prep Worker: $10.80/Hour
Health & Welfare: For individuals in positions scheduled 32 hours biweekly:
Single $537.53/Month
Employee + 1 $1,037.36/Month
Family $1,353.86/Month
Pension: 2% of gross wages for individuals in positions scheduled 832 hours
annually.
Vacation: All employees earn vacation that is paid at hourly equivalent days
0 - 5 Years 2 Weeks
6 - 10 Years 3 Weeks
11 - 15 Years 4 Weeks
16+ Years 5 Weeks
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
