Wages:
-COOK:              $9.02/Hour
DIETARY AIDE:        $10.15/Hour
Health & Welfare: For individuals in positions scheduled 36 hours per week:
Employee Only: $ 547.23/Month
Employee +1: $ 1203.07/Month
Family: $1370.24/Month
Pension: 3.00% for individuals in positions scheduled 20 or more hours per
week.
Vacation: For each employee in a position scheduled 40 hours per week:
0-2 Years 5 Days
3-5 Years 10 Days
6-8 Years 12 Days
9-11 Years 15 Days
12+ Years 20 Days
For those scheduled 20 or more hours, but less than 40 per week, the above vacation days are prorated based on hours worked.
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
