JANITORIAL

Wages:                         All Janitorial Personnel                                 $8.75/Hour               

                                               

Health & Welfare:            $400.00/Month for individuals scheduled 40 hours per week.

 

Pension:                        9.67% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

                                   

Vacation:                      Employees in full time, 40 hour per week positions shall receive vacation as follows

 

After 1 year                        5 Days

                                    After 2 years                10 Days

                                    After 10 years                       15 Days

 

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
