Pension: 7.7% of gross for individuals in a position scheduled 600 hours annually.
Vacation: Custodians employed for twelve months shall be entitled to vacation as follows paid at hourly equivalent days based on regularly scheduled hours:
2 weeks after 1 year of full time service
3 weeks after 9 years of full time service
4 weeks after 17 years of full time service
5 weeks after 25 years of full time service
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
