Health & Welfare: $340.00/month for employees scheduled 1,000 regular hours per year.
Pension: 13.24% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 hours or more annually.
Vacation: Employees scheduled 40 hours per week shall receive:
1 year of service 10 days
6 years of service 11 days
7 years of service 12 days
8 years of service 13 days
9 years of service 14 days
10 years of service 15 days
11 years of service 16 days
12 years of service 17 days
13 years of service 18 days
14 years of service 19 days
15 years of service 20 days
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
