Start $ 8.75/Hour

After 2 Years $ 9.75/Hour

After 6 Years $10.75/Hour

After 10 Years $11.75/Hour

Health & Welfare: Single $247.00/Month

Family $327.50/Month

Must be scheduled to work 20 hours per week to be eligible for insurance.

Pension: 9.29% of gross for those positions scheduled 600+ hours per year.

Vacation: Employees scheduled 35+ hours per week are eligible for vacation as follows:

After 1 Year 5 Days

After 5Years 10 Days

After 10 Years 15 Days

After 20 Years 20 Days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
