Wages:                         Head Janitor                          $23.85/Hour

                                    Janitor:                                     $  9.75/Hour

 

Health & Welfare:            For individuals scheduled 40 hours per week:

                                    Employee only             $440.00/Month

 

Pension:                        4.86% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 hours or more annually.

 

Vacation:                      For individuals scheduled 40 hours per week:

 

Start - 7 Years                                    2 Weeks

                                    8+  Years                           3 Weeks

 

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.

Pension:                        4.45% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 hours or more annually.
