Jurisdiction:                   FRANKLIN COUNTY

 

Wages:                         1^st Year:                       $12.04/Hour

                                    2^nd Year:                      $12.55/Hour

                                    3^rd Year:                       $13.78/Hour

                                    4^th Year:                       $17.15/Hour

                                    5^th Year:                       $18.36/Hour

                                    6^th Year:                       $19.58/Hour

 

Health & Welfare:         $632.44/month for individuals in positions 8 hours per day.

                       

                                   

Pension:                        9.45% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      For individuals in positions scheduled 8hours per day:

 

                                    12 – 120 months of employment                       10 Days

                                    120 months or more employment                      15 Days

 

Any employee with less than twelve months employment shall receive prorated vacation.

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
