                                                Probationary                $13.00/Hour

                                                Year 1                          $14.00/Hour

                                                Year 2                          $15.50/Hour

                                                Year 3                          $16.10/Hour

                                                Year 4                          $16.50/Hour

                                                Year 5                          $17.50/Hour

                                   

Health & Welfare:            For individuals in positions scheduled 20 hours or more per week:

 

Single:                                    $410.00/Month

                                                Family:             $886.20/Month          

 

Pension:                        11.01% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      For individuals in positions scheduled 40 hour per week:

 

 1 - 5            Years                                    10 Days

                                     6-13            Years                           15 Days

                                    14 +             Years                           20 Days

                                   

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
