ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE RATES

 

JANITORIAL

Jurisdiction:                   MORGAN COUNTY

 

Wages:                         Janitor:                                     $9.25/Hour

 

Health & Welfare:            $325.00/Month for individuals scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week.

 

Pension:                        11.55% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      Employees scheduled 7.5 hours or more per day are eligible as follows paid at hourly equivalent days:

 

                                    1 – 2 Years                             5 Days

                                    3 – 7 Years                           10 Days

                                    8+ Years                           15 Days

 

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
