                                    7-9 years            $14.56/hour                 30-34 years            $17.31/hour

                                    10-14 years            $15.11/hour                 35 + years            $17.86/hour

Health & Welfare:            $348.88/Month for individuals in positions scheduled 20 or more hours per week.

 

Pension:                        10.75% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      Individuals in positions scheduled 20 or more hours per week:

           

1 – 5 Years                                                10 Days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
