Pension:                        9.67% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

Vacation:                      Individuals in twelve-month positions shall receive hourly equivalent days as follows:

 

                                    1 – 10 Years of service              10 Days

                                    11 Years of service                          11 Days

                                    12 Years of service                          12 Days

                                    13 Years of service                          13 Days

                                    14 Years of service                          14 Days

                                    15 Years and beyond                         15 Days

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
