Wages:                         Years 1 – 3                               $11.77/Hour

                                    Years 4 – 6                               $11.87/Hour

                                    Years 7 – 9                               $11.97/Hour

                                    Years 10 – 12                                    $12.07/Hour

                                    Years 13 – 15                                    $12.17/Hour

                                    Years 16 – 18                                    $12.27/Hour

                                    Years 19 – 21                                    $12.37/Hour

                                    Years 22+                              $12.47/Hour

 

Health & Welfare:            Individuals scheduled to work 30 hours per week:

 

                                    Employee only                         $518.23/Month

                                    Employee + 1                                      $604.21/Month

                                    Employee/Spouse                                $632.87/Month

                                    Family                                                  $718.85/Month

 

Pension:                        11.82% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      All employees receive hourly equivalent days based on regularly scheduled hours:

                                    After 1 Year                             5 Days

                                    After 2 Years                           10 Days

                                    After 5 Years                           12 Days

                                    After 10 Years                                  15 Days

                                    After 15 Years                                  17 Days

                                    After 20 Years                                  20 Days

                                               

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
