Health & Welfare: $105.00/month for individuals in positions scheduled 7 or more hours per day:

Pension: 7.13% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled for 600 or more annual hours.

Vacation: For individuals in positions scheduled 7 or more hours per day, paid at hourly equivalent days:

After 1 year of service 5 days

After 2 years of service 6 days

After 4 years of service 7 days

After 5 years of service 10 days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time
