                                                            2nd year                        $18.18/hour

                                                            3rd year             $18.52/hour

                                                            4th year                         $19.26/hour

                                                            6th year                         $20.03/hour

                                                            10th year                       $20.83/hour

 

Health & Welfare:         For employees scheduled to work 8 hours per day:

 

                                    Employee only              $505.79/Month

                                    Family                                      $775.53/Month

 

Pension:                        9.13% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      For individuals in positions scheduled 40 hours per week:

 

After 1st Year                           5 Days

                                    After 2nd Year                          10 Days

                                    After 5th Year                           15 Days

                                    After 10th Year             20 Days

                                    After 12th Year             25 Days
