Wages:

Janitor in position scheduled

1 - 1,634 hours annually	$8.51/Hour
1,635 - 1,874 hours annually	$8.74/Hour
1,875 or more hours annually	$15.31/Hour

Health & Welfare:

$409.80/month for individuals in positions scheduled 30 hours/week.

Pension:

8.39% for individuals in positions scheduled 600 hours or more
annually.

Vacation:

For individuals in positions scheduled 7.5+ hour days, paid at hourly
equivalent days:

1 Year	1 Week
2 Years	2 Weeks
5 Years	3 Weeks

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
