ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE RATES

JANITORIAL

Jurisdiction:

HENRY COUNTY

Wages:

First Shift Janitor:	$8.00/Hour
Second Shift Janitor:	$8.25/Hour

Health & Welfare:

$500.44/Month for individuals in positions scheduled 35 or more hours
weekly.

Pension:

6.81% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.

Vacation:

Full time employees regularly scheduled 40 hours per week shall
receive vacation as follows:

1-5 years	10 days
5 + years	15 days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
