Wages: Janitor:
Start                    $10.00/Hour
Health & Welfare: $505.30/month for employees regularly scheduled to work thirty (30) or
more hours per week.
Pension: 8.88% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.
Vacation: An employee who is regularly scheduled to work thirty (30) or more
hours per week:
1 - 7 Years 10 Days
8 Years 11 Days
9 Years 12 Days
10 Years 13 Days
11 Years 14 Days
12+ Years 15 Days
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
