Wages: Janitor:                    $10.40/Hour
Health & Welfare: Employees scheduled to work five or more hours daily:
Single: $264.95/Month
Employee + Spouse $283.98/Month
Employee + Child(ren) $385.23/Month
Family: $521.95Month
Pension: 7.53% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.
Vacation: Employees scheduled in twelve month positions:
Year 1 10 Days
Years 2 - 9 12 Days
Years 10 - 14 15 Days
Years 15+ 20 Days
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
